Has aftermarket wheels, exhaust, front bumper, rear spoiler, side skirts, rear quarter valence, hitch, and aftermarket radio, it also has a back up camera along with other stuff in the cargo box as pictured. Rear seats did not come with the truck. Truck has some scuffs and scratches as pictured, some rust starting on right rear quarter and rocker as pictured.
