JDM 97 Mitsubishi Pajero Evo Evolution Edition Auto SUV RARE with 101,000 miles Super Rare only made 2500 Pajero Evo Editions
Got to love these things. This one is a 5 speed tiptronic automatic transmission with 4hi/lo with center locking diff, the automatic surprised me on how well it does.
I have one myself and im blown away how well they handle on asphalt and dirt, these are really a race spec SUV, I've jumped mine, climbed hills and i am overwhelmed on how well it does. Mitsubishi really stepped it up on the Pajero Evolution. Wide body, long travel suspension, coilovers up front, torsion diffs front and back, skidplates, aero to keep it cool and straight, the frame is way different with more bracing, raised the rear diff and all suspension points higher to help from getting stuck in the sand. The front bumper is way ahead of its time as you see manufactures doing that now 25 years later, 280hp V6 6G74 mivec engine, 5 Speed Tiptronic automatic transmission with 4lo/4hi with locking center diff.
All stock non accident history auction grade 3.5 C/C, all stock besides for the aftermarket seat on a recaro seat rail for a pajero. This seat sits much lower then the factory, factory seat sits high. Seat Height can be adjusted with this rail.
This thing is really clean and runs great, driver seat has a cut in it, below automatic shifter the plastic trim has a crack/hole. Small nick on rear right quarter flare, small scuff on rear left bumper corner, small ding on passenger door, small nick on front left flare, small scuff on front left bumper corner. Some of the evolution letters are missing, looks like the roof had a rack and there is some marks/scratches on the roof where it clamped down, small nick in roof. Driver interior air vent has 1 broken vent. Wheels has some blemishes as pictured. Window stripping around rear window corner coming up.

This version of the Pajero Evolution was produced between 1997 and 1999. It was based on the second generation Pajero but had many features unique to the model. Approximately 2693 units were produced in order to homologate the type for the Dakar Rally's production-based T2 class. It was equipped with a 3.5-litre 24-valve DOHC V6 6G74 engine with MIVEC and a dual plenum variable intake. This engine produced a claimed 275 bhp at 6500 rpm. The two-door body incorporated large fender flares, two fin-like rear spoilers, a hood scoop, and various other racing-inspired styling elements. Skid plates and mudflaps were included for additional off-road protection. Double wishbone independent suspension was used on the front and the rear used a multi-link independent suspension unique to the Pajero Evolution. 4WD was standard, with front and rear Torsen differentials.
